ONLINE REQUEST FORM TO PARTICIPATE
Welcome to our Online Request Form to participate in Expodefensa 2023.
In order to verify your participation request, please prepare the following documents for downloading :
- The Business Registration/ Business Certificate of your company in its country of origin: it contains the registration number of your company,
- A copy of the passport or valid ID of the Legal Representative of your company.
These documents are required to issue the participation contract in accordance with the Legislation of Colombia and will be treated as confidential.
If your company satisfies to the conditions described in our” Participation Terms and Conditions" (PTC) and if your business corresponds to the products classification of our event, the organizer will validate your registration.
You will receive a confirmation by mail with all the necessary information to fill in your online "Stand registration order".
International companies registering with a Colombian address will be invoiced in pesos (according to Colombian Law). The exchange rate applicabe will be calculated on the day you filled in your online "Stand registration order" to Expodefensa.
